How can a normal passenger jet airplane land on water, how long does it stay on the surface?
I want to know the condition of a normal landing on water and the conditions of fast sinking?
Does it matter if the plane has no holes in its body?

Yes, standard commercial jets can land on the water in an emergency. The Hudson River landing of a US Airways flight a year ago proved that it can be done with only minor injuries to anyone on board. I don't think there is any definition of a "normal" landing on water. A good landing is one where everyone can walk away from it.
A very important factor in a successful water landing is to keep the wings absolutely level so that both wings hit the water at the same time. If a wing tip or an engine goes into the water on one side before the other, then the plane will rotate and spin, possibly breaking apart.
Engineers might be able to guess how long a plane will float under various conditions. I can't. There are dozens of variables that affect how long a plane might float. The plane will inevitably be damaged when it strikes the water, with a high probability of breaking through the outer skin of the belly of the plane, allowing water into the cargo hold, if not into the passenger compartment as well. Those holes would eventually contribute to the sinking. The fuel tanks in the wings, however, could provide a great deal of buoyancy. If there is only a little fuel, then the air in the tanks will act as a large float. The fuel itself is lighter than water, so that also provides flotation, even if the tanks are full.
